You'll receive a Search Brief, Screening and Interview Kit, and Rewritten Job Description, typically within minutes. Save your Search ID from the delivery email. You'll need it to submit candidates and update search criteria.
Each time you screen a candidate, submit your Search ID, the candidate's resume, and your screening call notes or transcript. Your job description and intake notes are retrieved automatically. You'll receive a polished Candidate Presentation, typically within minutes, saved to your Google Drive folder under the relevant search.
Every search you open and every candidate you submit appears on your Recruiter Dashboard automatically. Search history, candidate submissions, and hiring company are organized in one place and updated with every run.
