How It Works

Find your referral link

It's in your welcome email and on your Recruiter Dashboard. It's tied to your account, so every referral is automatically credited to you.

Share it with job seekers you couldn't place

Every search produces good candidates who don't land that particular role. Send them your link so they can get their own Application Brief, Tailored Resume, and Job Search Action Plan from Metiqor.

They subscribe using your link

When someone signs up for the Job Seeker plan through your link, it's automatically logged as a referral on your account. No forms, no manual tracking.

Hit 10 qualified referrals in one of your cycle months, earn a free month

Once 10 job seekers you referred subscribe within the same subscription cycle month on your account, you earn a free subscription month, automatically applied two billing cycles later.

Example

You refer 10 job seekers who subscribe within one of your subscription cycle months. Your free month is automatically applied to your billing two cycles later — no action needed on your part.

The Details

What counts, and what doesn't.

Qualified referral: a new job seeker who subscribes to Metiqor using your referral link.

Cycle-month count: referrals are counted by which of your subscription cycle months the job seeker subscribes in — not the calendar month, and not the month you sent the link.

Earn it again and again: hitting 10 or more qualified referrals within one of your subscription cycle months earns one free subscription month applied 2 cycles later — referring more than 10 in that same cycle month doesn't add extra months. But there's no limit on how many times you can do this. Hit 10 again next cycle month, and you earn another free month. And another the month after that — for as long as you keep referring.

Keep your subscription active: an earned reward is applied only while the applicable recruiter subscription remains active. If that subscription ends before the reward is applied, the unused reward is forfeited and does not carry forward to a later subscription.

Doesn't count: referral links used by an email that already has, or previously had, a Metiqor subscription, or by your own email address.

Doesn't count: signups that don't go through your specific referral link — the link is what attributes the referral to you.
If You're On A Team

Every recruiter's referral link works the same way — and it lowers your team's cost.

Each recruiter on a Team plan gets their own referral link. When a recruiter's seat earns a free month, that's one less month billed on that seat — a direct reduction in what your team pays overall. There's nothing extra for admins to set up: the more your recruiters refer, the less your team spends.

Search for the email from hello@metiqor.com with your account confirmation. Your referral link is in the Referral Rewards section.

Your Recruiter Dashboard

Go to your dashboard and use the Copy My Referral Link button.

Your Rewards Tracker

Your dashboard also links to a personal tracking sheet, so you can see where you stand for any period toward your next free subscription month. It updates every night, so your progress is always current.

Questions

A few things people ask.

Do I have to do anything to claim my free month?
No. Once you hit 10 qualified referrals within one of your subscription cycle months, the free month is applied automatically to your billing two cycles later. Nothing to request, nothing to track manually.
Can a job seeker use my link if they're not currently one of my candidates?
Yes. Any eligible new Job Seeker who subscribes through your referral link can count as your referral, whether they came from an active search or not. Existing or former Metiqor subscribers and self-referrals do not qualify.
What if I don't hit 10 in a given month?
Referrals don't roll over or stack across cycle months toward the 10-referral threshold, but there's no downside either — you simply try again next cycle month with a fresh count.
What happens to an earned reward if my subscription ends before it is applied?
The unused reward is forfeited when the applicable recruiter subscription ends and does not carry forward if you later resubscribe.
I'm on a Team plan. Does my free month go to me or my company?
It's applied directly to your individual seat's billing, which reduces what your company pays for that seat that month.
